My career path has been non-linear. After time in professional sports, I worked in policy and communications within the EU bubble before spending four years at a major Belgian ERP provider. There, as sales manager, I built partner networks and refined value propositions for technology consultants worldwide.

My edge? Experience with over a thousand digital transformation partners globally. This gives me rare insight into what truly separates thriving IT consultancies from those struggling to scale.

Now as an independent consultant, I work with technology service providers and startups to reshape their commercial approach. I'm particularly valuable to small and mid-sized firms that haven't yet found their unique market position or developed messaging that truly resonates.
